Cost of living: Food inflation not driven by weak competition, says CMA's Sarah Cardell

Sarah Cardell, chief executive at the Competition and Markets Authority, has said "we want to ensure people can get the best deals possible", adding there is "no evidence that weak competition is driving those high food and grocery prices".
