The U.K. became the first country in the world to approve the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for use with approximately 800,000 doses expected to roll out to the public early next week.

But the vaccine distribution is not without issue. The vaccine must be stored at an extremely cold temperature and it's making it difficult for officials to determine how to widely distribute it.

If enough people take the vaccine, deaths can be prevented as well as long-term health issues associated with the coronavirus. Crystal Goomansingh reports.
