Little Amal, a 3.5-metre puppet depicting a Syrian refugee girl, met the 10-metre tall puppet Storm, a giant sea goddess, outside the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland on Wednesday.

After walking thousands of miles across Europe, Little Amal reached the UN summit on Tuesday to raise awareness about the plight of refugee children on the front line of climate change.

She was embraced by Storm, who is made entirely of recycled materials collected from washed up marine debris.
