Republican Representative Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin has gone viral after he displayed a sign in the House of Representatives in support of his bill to keep chocolate milk on the menu in schools.

The politician said the government was "out of control" and vowed to fight to stop any proposed ban.

US health officials are considering banning all flavoured milk in schools.
