Prime time shows like 'The Comedy Company', 'Fast Forward' and 'The Big Gig' attract millions of viewers each week. And usually, it's the comediennes who get the loudest and longest laughs. Comedy's a tough world, and Mike Munro needed all the courage he could muster for this assignment. He sits in as 'The Big Gig' goes to air, and naturally becomes a victim of Wendy Harmer's acerbic wit. Undaunted, Munro then faces the coolest interviewer on television, Fast Forward's 'Jana Wendt', played with deadly accuracy by Marg Downey. So accurate, in fact, that after watching a replay of the encounter, the real Jana rates her imposter 'a solid 8 1/2'.
