Civilian deaths in Ukraine mount as Russia renews attacks on major cities

Civilians are being urged not to return to Kyiv after Russia renewed its attacks on the Ukrainian capital this weekend, one of several major cities being targeted by Russian forces.

The attacks come as the UN's Human Rights Commission delivered a grim update that more than 1,900 since the war broke out, with children accounting for 160 of the casualties.

Reggie Cecchini reports on the latest Russian offensive, including Russia's claim it has taken control of a steel plant in Mariupol, one of the last remaining outposts of the Ukrainian forces in that city.
