Ahead of the first question time in parliament today, National Minister Chris Bishop and Senior Labour MP Kieran McAnulty joined Breakfast to discuss the first few days in Parliament.
Bishop says they have a “positive forward-looking agenda” for all New Zealanders.
It comes as King Tuheitia has called for a national hui to try to unite the country.
McAnulty says the Government needs to ask “why has there been such a quick response and a harsh response” from the Maori King.
