China has revealed its "peace plan" for ending Russia's war in Ukraine, but Western countries are skeptical of the proposal.

It was largely a reiteration of China’s statements throughout the war, in which it has refrained from condemning Russia or referring to the Kremlin’s intervention as an "invasion," while criticizing sanctions imposed by Ukrainian allies.
