China is a 'complicated' country, says foreign secretary

Foreign secretary James Cleverly has insisted the government is "clear-eyed" about the "fundamental disagreements" the UK has with China.

Mr Cleverly called China an "important", "influential", and "complicated" country, and said this means the UK's relationship will be "just as complicated".
