Chile has declared two days of national mourning for the victims of wildfires.
More than 100 people have been killed as fires rage in central parts of the country with fears the death toll could rise further.
Strong winds and scorching summer heat are fueling the flames in the coastal Valparaiso region, and more fires have started further south.

Al Jazeera’s Latin America Editor Lucia Newman reports in the Valparaiso Region, Chile.
