Chennai Rain: While flooding in Chennai is turning into a political blame game in Tamil Nadu, with the ruling DMK blaming the previous AIADMK governement of doing nothing since the 2015 floods that devastated the city, two youngsters share their perspectives on addressing this crisis. NDTV's Sam Daniel speaks to Varsha Hari, a Content Writer, and Malavika Sivaraman, an IT intern. Their homes are near Chennai's Bazullah Road, that's flooded for the third day.
