Heavy rain in Chennai has left many homes in several low-lying areas inundated even as several pockets in the city remain waterlogged. There is a cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal and the weather office has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall for tomorrow as well. School and colleges would remain shut for two days.
