With daily coronavirus tally hovering around 6,500, the Chennai Corporation has launched a vaccination drive, reaching out to industries, slums, residential and corporate communities for the vaccination of the 45+ age group. The city administration targets one lakh vaccinations in four days. The city has so far achieved 50% inoculations among the age group.
