It has been decades since Canada’s biggest sexual abuse scandal was first exposed.

More than 300 boys were physically and sexually abused by members of the Christian Brothers at the Mount Cashel orphanage in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Survivors are still fighting the Catholic Church, and on Thursday the Supreme Court of Canada rejected an appeal by the Church.

As Ross Lord reports, it is the end of a painstaking process for victims.
