An Israeli health official says the captives that arrived at a Tel Aviv hospital early on Sunday do not have any “emergent” health issues.

“Despite the harsh health conditions they were under and experience of captivity, they did not require any emergent medical intervention,” said the official, speaking at the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital.

A total of 26 Israeli captives have been released by Hamas in two phases in exchange of 78 Palestinian prisoners. Another phase of exchange is expected later on Sunday.
