The Cannes film festival is showing its solidarity with Ukraine.
There are special screenings, galas and conferences on how to rebuild the country’s film industry.
A range of Ukrainian films and documentaries are on offer at the festival.
Ukrainian directors there say the characters in their films reflect the strength and power of the Ukrainian people.
They say they want to drum up support for their country and ensure that their voices are not forgotten as media headlines about the Russian invasion begin to diminish.
