It's been a difficult year for many Canadians trying to make ends meet and the cost of putting food on the table could be another hurdle next year. The latest edition of Canada's food price report anticipates the cost of groceries will go up in 2021, some items by as much as six and a half per cent. Mike Armstrong explains why.
