Sharing your problems with a stranger can be difficult. But an Edmonton counsellor is offering a unique new type of therapy that's more climbing than chatting, building skills beyond the bouldering wall.
Todd Labbe, a certified counsellor at the Collective Healing Centre, knows the benefits of bouldering — both physical and mental.
