The federal ethics commissioner has ruled that International Trade Minister Mary Ng violated the Conflict of Interest Act by previously awarding two government contracts to a close friend.
The two documents hold a combined value of about $23,000, and Conservatives want her to pay back the tax dollars lost in the process.
