Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves tells Sky News she backs the government's plans to lower national insurance again.

Kay Burley asks Ms Reeves several times whether taxes will go up if Labour takes power to fund their spending ambitions.

Ms Reeves repeats that she wants to see "taxes on working people to come down".
