भारत ने आज अपने स्वदेशी मिसाइल डिफेंस सिस्टम का सफल परीक्षण किया है..डीआरडीओ ने फेज टू बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल डिफेंस सिस्टम की सफल टेस्टिंग की है.. ये सिस्टम लंबी दूरी से आ रही दुश्मन की मिसाइलों को आसमान में ही मार गिराएगा..इसमें एक मिसाइल होती है जो दुश्मन मिसाइल से हवा में टकराकर उसे मार गिराती है. हजारों किलोमीटर की रफ्तार से आ रही मिसाइल को दूसरी मिसाइल से मारकर गिराना बहुत कठिन चैलेंज है. दुनिया में अमेरिका, रूस, इजरायल जैसे कुछ ही देश ऐसा कर पाए हैं..और अब भारत भी इनमें शामिल हो गया है..रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने थोड़ी देर पहले खुद इस खबर का ऐलान किया है..
