चंडीगढ़ MMS कांड में शिमला से एक और गिरफ्तारी हुई है. इस मामले में अबतक 3 गिरफ्तारियों हो चुकी हैं. इससे पहले आरोपी छात्रा भी गिरफ्तार हो चुकी है. चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी के गर्ल्स हॉस्टल का MMS कांड तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है. मामले में छात्रों ने प्रशासन पर गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाया है.
