BBC journalist Jeremy Bowen says "if anything goes wrong in your toilet activities over a period or more than a few weeks, you need to go talk to someone" as he discusses the importance of spotting the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer early.

Mr Bowen spoke to Sky's Mark Austin in light of the death of BBC newsreader George Alagiah, who was diagnosed in 2014 with stage four bowel cancer.
