Under pressure from the European Union, Bosnian authorities have started moving migrants into heated army tents after a snowstorm hit the burned-out Lipa camp, outside the northwestern city of Bihac.
In December, a temporary camp for migrants in Lipa was set on fire, leaving about 900 people bereft of shelter in sub-zero temperatures.
Bosnian authorities plan to build a larger camp.
Migrants stuck in Bosnia are hoping to reach western Europe through Bosnia's neighbour, Croatia, from where it would be easier to travel on to other EU member countries.

Al Jazeera’s Laura Burdon-Manley reports.
