Boris Johnson has spoken at a news conference in New Delhi after meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for talks about a free trade deal.

When asked by reporters about partygate, he dismissed suggestions that he wouldn't be Prime Minister by October.

He said a trade deal would grow the partnership between the UK and India. The PM also spoke about the latest on Ukraine, facing questions on India's stance on the Russian invasion.
