Bombay High Court on Subhash Chandra: मार्केट रेगुलेटर सेबी के समन के खिलाफ ज़ी एंटरटेनमेंट के चेयरमैन एमिरिटस डॉक्टर सुभाष चंद्रा को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में डॉक्टर सुभाष चंद्रा की दलीलों में दम पाया और राहत दी है. हाई कोर्ट ने सुझाया कि डॉक्टर चंद्रा चाहें तो सेबी के 12 जनवरी के समन को नजरअंदाज कर सकते हैं. और केवल वो 27 मार्च को सेबी की तरफ से भेजी गई चिट्ठी के मुताबिक जो भी जानकारी या दस्तावेज उनके पास हो उसे मुहैया करा दें. जानें क्या है पूरा मामला।
