Blaming 'El Niño': Mexicans swelter in third heatwave

Scientists in Mexico are blaming the "El Niño" climate phenomenon for the third heatwave of the year.
Hospitals are busy treating patients with heat-related problems, some of them fatal, and electricity blackouts are increasing as Mexico's power grid nears capacity.
Officials say the heatwave is one of the longest in years and are calling it "atypical".
