With Uttar Pradesh's assembly elections nearing, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has hinted at a post-election collaboration with the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD), which is currently associated with Akhilesh Yadav's Samajwadi Party. RLD chief Jayant Chaudhary, on the other hand, has rejected the BJP's invitation, claiming that he does not require the party's assistance. Jayant Chaudhary wrote on Twitter, "Do not send this invitation to me, give it to those 700+ farmer families whose houses you have destroyed!!" (roughly translated)
