This new segments of voters is 3.5-crore strong base of 18 to 40 year olds who found resonance of their aspirations in pre-poll promises of Rashtriya Janata Dal's Tejashwi Yadav. "During polling, in many families, the parents voted for the traditional parties and their children voted for Tejashwi Yadav," says NDTV's Ravish Ranjan Shukla. A ground report.
