As campaigning ended for Bihar elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter to state's voters urging them to vote for vikas (development) and not caste. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar publicly told off Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is his ally BJP's star campaigner, for his comments on "throwing out infiltrators".
