Boris Johnson has defended the cost of living policy announced by the Chancellor, describing it as a "big bazooka".

The PM was speaking in County Durham just a day after Rishi Sunak announced a £15bn package, including a windfall tax on energy companies, to ease the price hikes in recent months.
