In Joe Biden's first address to Congress on the eve of his 100th day in office, the US president said that America was once again "moving forward" after the ravages of the coronavirus pandemic.
Biden spoke about his administration's early successes, ranging from the vaccination scheme to creating 1.3 million new jobs and a $1.9 trillion economic rescue plan.
And he also unveiled his agenda for issues from foreign policy to race relations.
But in response, Republican Senator Tim Scott said Biden's claims of successes were baseless and his policies divisive.
