U.S. President Joe Biden signed on Thursday two executive orders on health care, reopening enrollment for the Affordable Care Act and strengthening Medicaid.
Biden described the two executive orders he signed as “to undo the damage Trump has done.”
He also rescinded a regulation that barred U.S. foreign aid from being used to perform or promote abortions.
His decision, while expected, was cheered by abortion-choice advocates and some humanitarian groups and denounced by anti-abortion groups.
