Biden hits Trump on 'Black jobs' comment from debate

In an attempt to capitalize on Donald Trump's comment in last month's debate in which the former president referenced "Black jobs," Pres. Biden said at the NAACP convention on Tuesday: "I know what a 'Black job' is: It's the Vice President of the United States. I know what a 'Black job' is: the first Black president in American history, Barack Obama."
