Biden: Gaza hospital blast 'appears' to have been 'the other team'

US President Joe Biden has said 'it appears' the hospital explosion in Gaza was not caused by Israel.

President made the comments during a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Tel Aviv.

Protests have erupted across the region following the hospital blast which is said to have killed at least 500 people.
