A High Court judge in London has rejected an eleventh-hour effort by a county council in Wales to prevent the arrival of potentially up to 300 asylum seekers.
Carmarthenshire County Council accused the Stradey Park Hotel in Llanelli of breaching planning laws - at the cost of around 90 jobs.
But today's ruling means that from Monday, asylum seekers could start to arrive there.
