Thousands of port workers across British Columbia are set to resume strike activity after failing to ratify a tentative deal that was reached through federal mediation. Matthew Holmes, senior vice-president of policy and government relations at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, says he's disappointed the strike is back on. The mayor of Prince Rupert, B.C., also weighs in.
