A three-day film festival organised by the Bangladesh government in Tripura has been postponed due to the tense situation on both sides of the border post the communal clashes during this Durga Puja in the neighbouring country. A communal clash broke out on October 15 after an alleged blasphemous post surfaced on social media during the Durga Puja celebrations in Cumilla of Bangladesh. At least six people have died while several others were injured in the clashes.
