The United Nations Secretary-General has supported calls for another immediate ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Three agreements have already collapsed, and both sides have reported more heavy shelling in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
It is the conflict's heaviest fighting since the 1990s, when around 800,000 ethnic Azeris say they were forced to flee their homes.
