More than 30,000 people have been told to either evacuate or prepare to leave their homes in Sydney and its surrounding areas, as torrential rains pummel Australia's east-coast state of New South Wales for a third straight day, threatening its worst flooding in 18 months.
It's just the latest in a series of floods to hit the east coast this year. Australia's emergency minister said the frequent disasters showed climate change must be taken seriously.
