उमेश पाल मर्डर केस में मुख्य आरोपी अतीक अहमद को गुजरात की साबरमती जेल से उत्तर प्रदेश की प्रयागराज जेल में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा. इसके लिए यूपी पुलिस की एक टीम गुजरात पहुंची है और उसका मेडिकल कराकर वापस लाने की तैयारी चल रही है. अतीक अहमद ने सड़के रास्ते से जाने से मना कर दिया है. फिलहाल यूपी पुलिस के जवान बुलेट प्रूफ जैकेट पहन चुके हैं और साबरमती जेल का गेट खुल गया है. अतीक कभी भी बाहर निकल सकता है.वहीं, अतीक की लीगल टीम सुप्रीम कोर्ट का हवाला दे रही है. कह रही है कि शीर्ष कोर्ट के आदेश पर ट्रांसफर हुआ था. ऐसे में साबरमती जेल के आईजी और यूपी पुलिस के अधिकारी आपस में मशवरा कर रह हे हैं कि किस तरह से अतीक को जेल से निकाला जाए. इसी मामले में आरोपी अतीक के भाई अशरफ को बरेली की जेल से प्रयागराज लाया जाएगा
