Quebec provincial police say at least one worker is missing after an explosion at a propane facility Thursday in St-Roch-de-l’Achigan, Que., north of Montreal.
Sgt. Eloïse Cossette told a news conference at “least one person” who was scheduled to be working at the time was missing and added there may have been more people inside.
“Our investigators are doing some verifications about people that are missing who were regularly working there,” Cossette said.
