Assam, Meghalaya Sign "Historic" Agreement To Solve 50-Year-Old Dispute

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his Meghalaya counterpart Conrad Sangma today signed a historic agreement regarding their border disputes that have been pending for 50 years. The two leaders signed the agreement in Delhi, in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and officials from both the states and the Home Ministry.
