C.J Dafoe is incredibly passionate, and often worried, about the welfare and mental health of new mums juggling the responsibilities of parenthood. She tells of women feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and socially isolated. So, she's set up a charity in Tauranga called Mums-4-Mums, which matches volunteer mums with those needing help and reassurance. And for that, C.J is this week's ASB Good As Gold recipient.
