Lois English knows she's in for a tough fight, diagnosed with dementia in her early 60s. But she's desperate to stay energised and wants to share her experiences with those who find themselves staring down a similar diagnosis. And for that, and some good old-fashioned handiwork to keep her hands and mind active, she's this week's ASB Good As Gold recipient.
