But as some states began loosening pandemic restrictions, the CDC cautioned about opening too quickly. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, former advisor to the Biden transition team on COVID and vice provost of global initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, joins Judy Woodruff to discuss.
