Argentina's President Alberto Fernandez has rejected accusations that any crime was committed by allowing officials and allies to cut the vaccination queue.
Fernandez had promised to take action to ensure it never happened again after his health minister was forced to resign over accusations he had helped his connections.
About 70 people were involved in the vaccines scandal.
