Right-wing libertarian Javier Milei wrapped up his presidential electoral campaign on Wednesday pledging to change "the system of decadence" that privileges few ahead of Sunday's election.
"Some people don't want to change. Some people benefit from this system. Some people want to maintain the status quo... Let them keep the failure and the decadence," Milei told a stadium of supporters.
The economist and political outsider, who’s leading the polls ahead of the Oct. 22 vote, said he will crack down on the corrupt and has a "good chance of winning" the election in the first round.
Meanwhile, presidential candidate of Argentina coalition's center-left Sergio Massa wrapped up his election campaign. He is currently the country's economy minister dealing with an economic crisis that has plunged two in five below the poverty line and seen annual inflation hit 138%.
