Angela Rayner celebrates 'huge message for change' after Chester by-election

Deputy Labour Leader, Angela Rayner, has said Chester has given a "huge message" to the Conservative's for change following Labour's by-election victory.

She said it was "very clear" people are concerned about the cost of living and "angry" at the Conservatives who have "crashed the economy".

Samantha Dixon retained the seat for her party with a 61% share of the vote.
