Tories 'can't keep doling out prime ministers' - Angela Rayner

Labour's deputy leader Angela Rayner says the Conservatives "have completely broken their promises - broke our economy".

"They can't keep doling out prime ministers every month because they're in total chaos," she added.

Her reaction came as Rishi Sunak became the incoming prime minister after winning the Conservative leadership race.
